Sugar-free sweeteners that taste great are definitely the key to delicious food. However It’s equally important that they work well in recipes too. With the combination of both you will create amazingly delicious food. And besides no one will even know it’s made with sugar-free sweeteners. Typically my favorite way to use these sugar-free syrups are on top of pancakes or as an ice cream topper. And yes I do eat those goodies, I just make them sugar-free and protein based. However be creative they are so delicious you’ll be glad you did.
Generally I use a liquid sugar-free sweetener in my favorite beverages such as protein hot cocoa, a pumpkin shake or Irish Cream. In addition they are a great substitute for stevia, especially if you’re not a stevia fan, like my hubby. Additionally he can taste stevia in anything and he avoids it. Even the stevia glycinate he can taste in his food. Although he doesn’t notice any off taste with Monk Fruit. Obviously everyone’s taste buds can vary, because I don’t find an aftertaste with stevia.
Lastly these sugar-free sweeteners are staples in my pantry, even with additional back-up stock, so that I never run out. These are great for baking, cooking and for making soft serve ice cream that is easy and delicious. These sugar-free sweeteners taste the best and perform the best in baking. So much so that your family or guests will never know it’s sugar-free.
