Safe Household Products
My favorite safe household products is one of my favorite subjects. Now safe to everyone may mean something different, and that is OK! We all need to choose if a product is safe enough for our own personal standards. Whereas for me, I want them safe for the planet, for my home, my people, my pets, and sustainable as well. Nonetheless these products need to work and they need to have a decent warranty. Undoubtedly I’ve wasted so much money buying products that do not work as advertised, with no refund policy. I’ve tried just about every cleaner to get my windows streak free. And every mop, which most I used to break the handles with in 6 months. Continually replacing products or cleaning items is very bad for the budget and the planet. Without a doubt these products that I’ve found check all those boxes for me.

The Harsh Truth About Chemicals
Secondly, it should be noted that not all products are created equally and we need to find some that are truly safe for us. Particularly safe or us our pets and our environment. When I was diagnosed with endocrine disruption, my doctor said my chemical load was through the roof. And I was poisoning myself from the chemicals I was being exposed to at my past job and also now I’ve realized, my past cleaning products. We can be exposed to chemicals one time and they can stay in our bodies for many, many years. Therefore creating our body burden. And unfortunately we are passing this on to future generations unknowingly through our newborns.

My Favorite Safe Makeup
First let me say I do not wear a lot of makeup. Obviously if it’s going to cover my skin in any way it needs to be sure clean. Unfortunately this one of those things you get what you pay for. I have their foundation, primers, shadows, powders, blush and brushes. Lately I am pretty basic and love their lip crayon’s and brow liner.
