My Favorite Sugar-Free Desserts

I’m so excited to share the recipes, tips and ingredients for my favorite sugar-free desserts. I am all about the desert, as I have a sweet tooth. However for many years I avoid them and deprived myself of them. I could look at them and gain weight. Then I realized once I went grain and sugar-free with a keto lifestyle, that I could have my cake and eat it too. Now that is not to say you can ONLY eat desserts. Obviously not but you don’t have to deprive yourself while keeping to a healthy lifestyle and weight. And what I’ve found is after removing the grains and sugar I actually no longer feel nauseous after eating all of my favorite sugar-free desserts.

My Favorite Sugar-Free Dessert to Make for Guests

My Favorite Sugar-Free Deserts

This Blender Cake Recipe is my favorite sugar-free dessert to make for company or family gatherings. Everyone loves it even my non-keto and not-sugar-free friends. It’s fudgy and delicious it reminds me of a red velvet without the food dye.  We don’t like Swerve so my tip to you is to check out My Favorite Powdered Sweeteners and here for the other Baking & Pantry Items. Including my unbleached cupcake papers  and avocado oil spray that I prefer with my cupcakes below.

Additionally this recipe makes wonderful cupcakes as shown above. My tip for cupcakes is spray the paper liners with avocado oil spray before adding the batter. This helps them pop out with easy. Then for timing, with large cupcakes start testing if they are done around 20 minutes. And for mini cupcakes I start to test around 15 min. Adjust as necessary for your oven. Then for the frosting for cupcakes, I double all ingredients in the frosting except the butter. It is the most delicious cream cheese frosting ever.

My Favorite Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cup Treat

My Favorite Sugar-Free Deserts

Specifically if you’re a peanut butter cup fanatic, you’re going to want to try this recipe for Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cups. Here are the Easter Egg Molds that I used for those on the plate.

With peanut butter it’s VERY important to always buy organic because they use glyphosate, a toxic weed killer, to grow peanuts.  Here is my favorite Peanut Butter. Also we don’t like Swerve so check out My Favorite Powdered Sweeteners. Then for the other items see my list of Baking & Pantry Items. For the chocolate topping I use 1 Bag of Bittersweet Organic Chocolate Chips and 2 Dark Chocolate Bars. These are my favorite brands.

The easiest way to make them, use a Cookie Dough Scoop (approximately 1 inch) to make peanut butter balls. As seen in the image on the parchment paper.  My best tip is after you form the peanut butter mixture, put it in the freezer to set up for about 1 hour. This makes them much easier to dip in the melted chocolate mixture. These are definitely one of my favorite sugar-free desserts. Enjoy!

My Favorite Sugar-Free Cheesecakes

My Favorite Sugar-Free Deserts

Basically you can’t go wrong with a Classic Vanilla Cheesecake recipe. And this one is SO delicious! Grab my favorite Baking Ingredients and Sugar-Free Sweeteners. You can leave it plain or make a berry sauce. This was strawberries smashed heated, add a very small amount of water if needed. Add your favorite sweetener and a little gelatin if needed. You can get a good clean Beef Gelatin and maybe stock up on collagen too. Use coupon code 360WELLNESSJOURNEY to receive 15% off your order.

There is another cheesecake I love Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake made in an Instant Pot. It has a copyright so you’ll need purchase Maria’s Instant Pot Cookbook. Don’t worry there are many more delicious recipes too, so it is completely worth the purchase. Additionally check out my favorite Instant Pot.

If you are up for a challenge the Butterfinger Cheesecake is amazing but tedious. Lastly you can never go wrong with a Turtle Cheesecake either.  I hope you enjoy my recommendations for my favorite sugar-free desserts.

Delicious Sugar-Free Creme Brulee

My Favorite Sugar-Free Deserts

This Crème Brulee recipe is absolutely decadent! And it is a great way to use up some egg yolks if you make the protein bread with egg whites. Make sure and grab my favorite Baking Items & Sugar-Free Sweeteners as I do not use the ones listed in the recipes. And if you love these Ramekins click the highlighted words to go check them out.

My Favorite Sugar-Free Ice Cream

My Favorite Sugar-Free Deserts

First you’ll want an Ice Cream Maker, this is my favorite one. Why? I love that you do not need to freeze the bowl, nor deal with ice and rock salt. It’s simply amazing! However any ice cream maker will work. Remember to check out my favorite Baking Supplies & Sugar-Free Sweeteners.

Next let’s get to my favorite recipes. Classic Vanilla Bean is a top Choice and it tastes great on the Blender Cake from above. I use this recipe as a base for other recipes. I use this base for Blue Moon Ice Cream but the extracts from the Blue Moon Recipe. Strawberry Rhubarb Ice Cream is also fantastic when rhubarb is in season.

Also we love the Coconut (Basil) Ice Cream, I do not use the basil and I add a 1/2 cup of shredded sugar-free coconut. Additionally I substitute Coconut Cream for the Cream Cheese. This recipe you need to subscribe to the Emmerich’s recipe website to get this recipe since it has a copyright as well.  Lastly for the chocolate lovers, Brownie Batter Ice Cream, you will need the subscription to view this recipe as well. But trust me it is so worth it for all the recipes, Maria is a wizard in the kitchen creating these recipes.

Making Ice Cream also helps use up the extra egg yolks if you are making the egg white protein bread.

Conclusion

Lastly I wanted to share that there are many more desserts out there to be tried. This list is by far our family’s favorite. And particularly my favorite sugar-free desserts. Now I am not a professional baker, nor did I hire one nor a photographer for my food shots.  I absolutely could have, but I felt it’s more important to show that real people like all of us can make nice looking and tasty food. And a healthier version as well. We just need the right equipment, recipe and ingredients. These are all of my own photos and yummy deserts I’ve made.
