Gluten-Free Baking & Pantry Supplies
Most importantly gluten-free baking and pantry supplies are essential to a clean keto lifestyle. Specifically sugar-free and grain-free. Soon I realized grains and sugar just did not make me feel good. Since they would make me feel bloated and even nauseous after eating them. Unfortunately I didn’t realize what it was until I stopped eating them.
Whereas by gathering quality gluten-free baking and pantry supplies, you can eat absolutely delicious food, and never feel deprived! Clearly that is some great news! Alternatively there are some bad, yucky recipes out there, but I am here to help guide you through that.
Follow my blog and I will continue to share my hubby tested, yummy recipes I find that even the pickiest of eaters and non keto friends will LOVE! Nonetheless, always follow your own dietary restrictions and avoid allergic ingredients, if you have any. Lastly I’ll be sharing what works for me and my family.
Listening to My Immunologist
Although my doctor had suggested years ago that I eliminate grains and sugar because of my thyroid auto immune disease, I resisted. The reason being that grains and sugar can cause inflammation in the body, which unfortunately is not good. Furthermore studies are linking grains to contributing to thyroid issues.
Eventually I started cutting back on sugar and eliminating gluten and grains, in the beginning. As a result my body started reducing the antibodies that I was creating to kill off my own thyroid. Basically that’s Hashimoto’s disease in a nut shell. At this time with diet changes I have helped reverse my antibodies to normal levels. Still today part of my daily routine includes some natural supplements and a very small dose of medication to help my thyroid. Whereas by reducing the antibodies alone will help prevent future damage.
As I mentioned before, I helped reverse my Hashimoto’s disease antibodies by changing my food! Let’s take that one step further by comparison and completely remove grains, any high glycemic foods and all traditional sugars. Surprisingly my last blood tests indicated that my inflammation numbers in my whole body were very low. Additionally doctors are linking inflammation in our bodies to many diseases and especially auto immune issues. Unquestionably we are what we eat so grab yourself some gluten-free baking and panty supplies.

At this time does anyone in your family have a nut allergy? We do not. But please do what is best for you and your family. Especially because allergies are nothing to mess with.
If no allergies, here are some of my favorite staples for my gluten-free baking and pantry supplies. It should be noted that many cheaper and non-organic spices and flours are filled with things not needed. Such as sugar, starches or worse yet, gluten. Surely that is not good especially if you have any sort of a sensitivity to it. Additionally we all need to become label readers if we purchase pre-made foods.
Currently many of my seasonings and extracts are Simply Organic and Frontier Co-op brands. To help cut down on costs, buy spices in bulk instead. Just make sure to keep them dry and sealed tightly to keep them fresh. Additionally with extracts, a larger bottle is generally more cost effective too. Generally using an auto ship and save option can help to cut down on costs as well. Traditionally making seasoning blends from scratch is cost effective as well. Homemade Seasoning salt, Chili Powder and Taco Seasonings to name a few, all are made from basic spices. Enjoy some of my favorite gluten-free baking and pantry supplies.

Peanut Butter, Butter, Oils & Condiments - Pantry Supplies
Likewise many of these items you can find in your local stores. However if you prefer to shop online, or do not have them locally, here are some great options. Particularly Organic Valley unsalted butter is my favorite, if you do not have any issues with dairy. Occasionally, dairy products can be hard to find online, especially in our area.
Currently, do you like the taste of traditional coconut oil? Nevertheless, you’ve need to try this one. Basically this organic butter flavored coconut oil below, is the best. Besides it tastes amazing! Maybe because of the butter flavored part, but you don’t even know its coconut oil. In addition, it’s dairy free if you have issues with that. Even so I don’t have issues with dairy but I still love cooking and frying with it. With Peanut Butter it’s very important to buy organic only since a lot of toxic weed killers are used in growing peanuts, like glyphosate. Lastly, below I have some of my favorite options that you can click and check out for yourself.
Collagen, Gelatin & Decaf Coffee - Pantry Supplies
Additionally here’s some more gluten-free baking and pantry supplies. Without a doubt this Collagen and Gelatin are staples in my pantry as well. At this time these are in some of my favorite recipes and delicious drinks. Such as Protein Hot Cocoa, Protein Pancakes, Brownies, Irish Cream, Pumpkin Shake and my morning Swiss Water decaffeinated coffee. It should be noted though, that not all decaf is the same though. Look for ones that say they’re decaffeinated by a Swiss Water Process. Finally click the links below to check them out or to shop.

Meanwhile when it comes to eggs and produce, I would suggest to raise and grow your own. For this purpose, go check out my Homesteading page. Or instead, finding a local farmer or market works. Along with that, raising your own dairy, finding a local farm, or my favorite brand is Organic Valley for dairy products. Whereas purchasing these products help support all the small farmers that work with them.
Consequently if those above options aren’t for you, then you may prefer delivery. Following there’s an intro offer for you for Misfit Market if you are not a customer already. Basically you can just click the tab to check it out. Particularly, for my area they have some great prices on organic, produce, deli items, and dairy.
Favorite Beverage Treats- Gluten-Free Baking & Pantry Supplies
Once in a while I do like a natural soda. Absolutely my favorite is Zevia, it’s sweetened with Stevia, with no artificial dyes or flavoring. Initially it’s weird drinking a clear root beer or cola, but you get used to it. Just put it in a mug where you can’t see it may help. In addition they have such a large variety of flavors to appease anyone. Therefore I listed just a few of my favorites below. It should be noted that the Kidz sodas are a smaller size which is convenient for small people. I equally enjoy the Kidz ones myself or mixing them with others to make concoctions. Such as my non-alcoholic mock-tails.
One example of my mock-tails is, NA Holiday Moscow Mule with Ginger Ale, Ginger Beer Mixer, a splash of lime juice and Kidz Cran-Raspberry. Sometimes I add a splash of Limon Lime Twist as well. Perhaps an NA Appletini using the Kidz Fizzy Apple. Alternatively I also enjoy mixing Dr. Zevia with the Creamy Root Beer. YUM! Try to make some of your own.
