First Step Make Your Own Taco Seasoning
Yes, this is optional. But the best way to cut out the higher costs and extra added stuff and to afford quality seasonings, is to make your own. And it will be the best way to get the most flavorful soup. First Buy Bulk organic seasonings. Some stores have a Simply Organic or Frontier bulk spice section. Otherwise here is a link to grab them online. Homemade Seasoning Recipes & Bulk Organic Spices.

1 lb ground organic pork
1 small organic onion diced
1 small organic red bell pepper diced (1 cup)
2 tsp Redmonds Real Salt
1/3-1/2 cup Homemade Organic Taco Seasoning (start at the lower amount if you prefer a milder flavor and not too spicy of soup).

Directions:
Put ground beef, ground pork, diced onions and peppers in a frying pan. Sprinkle Real Salt and Taco Seasoning on these ingredients and Brown meat. Chopping up the ground meat to make bite sized pieces.
TIP: Start with less taco seasoning as you can always add more according to how you prefer it, but you can’t take it out once it is too much.
Once meat is browned and peppers and onions are soft add to a 5-6 Quart Crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Breaking up the warm blocks of cream cheese with a whisk. When the soup is hot, the cream cheese will blend in nicely. Top with your favorite toppings if you choose. Enjoy this easy crockpot taco soup!

Topping Ideas - Crockpot Taco Soup
Get creative and add some of your favorite organic taco toppings. Such as sliced green onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, salsa, or crispy (keto egg life wraps or homemade) tortilla strips.
My family loves to eat it with pork rinds for a crunch. We love the White Cheddar Pork Rinds or the Smoky Jalapeño & Cheese for a little more kick. Let your imagination run wild with ideas. Of course, these will add to the nutrition information, and it tastes fantastic by itself, as well.
