Decide on cheese. You may want to start with just parmesan cheese. Then we like to try different blends. 1 package =1 batch per this recipe.
Grate cheese in food processor.
Switch the food processor to the cutting/chopping blade.
Add all the ingredients except water and mix well.
Now add cold water until it sticks together to form a ball.
Divide in 1/2-1/4 depending on how much room you have on your cookie baking sheet pan.
Roll out on parchment paper, fairly thin, the thickness of a cracker. If it is too wet or sticking to your rolling pin add another piece of parchment to the top to roll out, then remove.
Cut to crackers size with a dough cutter or pizza cutter.
Sprinkle the top with a bit more salt or experiment with other seasoning toppers or add to the dough for more flavors. Such as Rosemary, onion, garlic or Pizza seasoning mix etc. Have fun with it!
Take the bottom parchment paper with the dough cut on it and slide it on to the cooking sheet.
Bake @350 about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Don't over bake or they may taste burnt. Let cool then break apart on the cut lines. Taste and adjust as needed.See original recipe for calories and Nutrional Information. Each serving is approximately 141 calories.
